This dears is a fresh new lineart. It's a tail mouth chibi style. I've drawn one other tail mouth before, and I think this little guy came out pretty well. He is pay to use, and with that payment, you receive the rights to:

Make adoptables for free or any sort of profit
Use him for any other sorts of portraits of this type of character
Add additional accessories

You may not:
Change the design other than to add accessories
Claim it as your own. Especially with adopts, please link back your base to me.
Distribute it as lineart to anyone else, for profit or otherwise

What you receive:

A larger scale PSD with a similar background you are free to use
A transparent PNG of this guy at the same larger scale

Disclaimer on Price: I've made this lineart fairly expensive. one, there are a few free linearts out there for tail mouths which are free to use for adoptables. Also, I've checked somewhat on some of the prices these go for for well designed tail mouths, and usually they are for more than this. Also, you get a free background, on top of very large good quality images. There are no restrictions on additions nor on what sort of profit you're allowed to make. All in all, I think that's worth a bit more beef
