Prologue

There was once a time when Hystonae was whole. When it was as most of the planets within the long away galaxy which it resides. It spun on it's axis, which spun along around the central sun, which counted out the days, months, years, as similar to this race that reads this now understands. But that was a time ago that is not even remembered now in distant memories. It is only told in passed on stories, as well as that one book that each of it's segmented halves holds as a holy relic. They are stories that are told at night around some fire or other social gathering, when the adults are ready to be putting children to bed, yet some older relative is settled upon telling of the world's story. So lids begin to droop, as that timeless story is told, and the nodding of heads is slow in coming, before the sounds of sleeping children are heard, content in their lives as they live them now, the history held no more stock in than the stories that grandparents like to tell that have no real bearing on society today. It is simply a long ago truth that is present only in these tales and tellings.

But currently, time is weaving a second story, a story that traces back it's roots, though in not the same circumstance. No, the planet of Hystonae is destined never to spin again, but what if it's peoples are made to once more be one? Will societies survive? Will the peoples learn acceptance for such foreign ideals and beliefs, or will they, like so many other stories told throughout the large expanse of life's history, will they come to war, and ultimately, end only in death and destroying of both, nothing left to carry on. Time will tell. But as for now, we are beginning ahead of ourselves. No, our story begins before this cataclysmic meeting will clash. This starts all only one evening, one evening not so very different from any other that Dynarann has experienced. But it is unexplainably the beginning of everything that will come to fruition and subsequently be judged to see who will carry on, and who will be left behind.
